If you opted in for our archived service when you initially applied for deed poll, you can submit this application to receive further copies of the deed poll.
Legal copies of a Deed Poll from our archives can only be issued to the individual(s) named on the original document. A child listed on a Deed Poll may request legal copies, provided they have reached the age of 16.
If you have lost your original Deed Poll and you did not opt in for our archived service when you initially applied for your deed poll, all you can do is apply for a new Deed Poll.
